Damn technology

My Internet works fine at work and at home, but neither Joan's nor my computer will pick up Internet via Ethernet nor wireless at her house.

I've spent a couple hours on the phone with Qwest, our Internet provider. Last night's guy was pretty snippy. It looks as if the modem is working, but we're not getting it on our computers. Qwest man says to call Dell and Dell says "not our problem". FML

More later when I'm happily surfin' once again...
meanwhile Joanie is canning tomatoes - no techie problems there! mmmmmmmmmmmbacktowork....

they might be worse than IPERS
